Internal drainage district audit

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Sections 29 and 30 of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004

Afon Conwy; Afon Ganol; Ardudwy Marsh; Borth Bog; Dysynni; Harlech & Maentwrog; Llanfrothen; Malltraeth Marsh; Glaslyn Pensyflog; Mawddach & Wnion; Tywyn;Powysland; Gwent Internal Drainage Districts

From 10 July 2024 to 6 August 2024 Monday to Friday inclusive, between 10:00am and 4:00pm any person interested, on application by emailing in the first instance pepe.sepulveda@cyfoethnaturiolcymru.gov.uk at Natural Resources Wales, Welsh Government Offices, Cathays Park, King Edward VII Avenue, Cardiff, CF10 3NQ, may inspect and make copies of the accounts and all specified documents of the above named Districts for the year ended 31 March 2024.

On or after 7 August 2024, the Appointed Auditor, Wales Audit Office, 1 Capital Quarter, Tyndall Street, Cardiff, CF10 4BQ, at the request of any Local Government Elector for the area to which the accounts relate, will give the Elector or his representative an opportunity to question him about the accounts, and such Elector or his representative may attend before the Auditor and make objection to any of the Accounts.
