NOTICE OF REGULATORY DECISION
VARIATION TO MARINE LICENCE TO CONDUCT AGGREGATE DREDGING IN AREA 526, SEVERN ESTUARY

Notice is hereby given that Natural Resources Wales (“NRW”) has taken a regulatory decision under the Marine Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2007 as amended (“the EIA Regulations”) in respect of the above project.

In accordance with regulations 10 and of the EIA Regulations, NRW has decided to grant regulatory approval for the project subject to conditions being imposed.

A written copy of the regulatory decision is available for public inspection on NRW’s public register. The regulatory decision is available for public inspection free of charge during normal office hours of 9am to 5pm at Cardiff Permitting Service, Natural Resources Wales, Cambria House, 29 Newport Rd, Cardiff CF240TP.

Copies of the regulatory decision may also be obtained from this webpage or permittingconsultations@naturalresourceswales.gov.uk. If printed copies are requested, a charge not exceeding reasonable copying costs may be made. 

NRW is an appropriate authority under the EIA Regulations and has been delegated functions as the appropriate licensing authority by the Welsh Ministers for the purposes of Part 4 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.
